Our founder Dennis Fucek:
Entrepreneur and adventurer with a passion for helping hotel companies achieve significant growth and deliver tangible value. Dennis grew up in his family’s hotel business and successfully managed it for several years before moving into management positions in commercial real estate consulting and hotel property valuation for renowned international companies and gaining over a decade of experience. He founded his real estate investment company in 2013 and built a successful portfolio over the years.
Extensive travel and stays in top hotels revealed numerous opportunities for improvement within the so-called “top hotels”. That’s why Dennis founded AIRup Consulting in Dubai in early 2023 to share this extensive expertise with the hotel industry. After assembling an international team of hotel professionals, they provided quality management consulting to several hotels and identified and resolved numerous issues, resulting in significant improvements in occupancy rates and profitability.
