Guest Room Evaluation
We inspect and evaluate guest rooms in terms of cleanliness, condition of furniture and facilities, bed comfort, quality of bed linen and towels, functionality of technical equipment such as TV, internet connectivity, air conditioning, and other amenities.
Service Evaluation
We assess customer service, including reception, staff friendliness and helpfulness, speed of check-in and check-out, room service, concierge service, and other services provided to guests.
Gastronomy Evaluation
